After a long gap from training due to COVID, the ITF team were back on the mat in the Combat Sports Centre for their first training camp in a while.
The course was run by Capt Stuart Wordingham International Instructor, who took the team through a progressive build up programme of patterns, sparing, special techniques and power tests.
All the team progressed exceptionally well from our newest member who graded at the end of the ,course, through to the most experienced who returned to the competition floor, at the weekend.
Our focus now moves on to the Army Championships and selection for the team for the inter-services.
