A very busy and productive Oct 19 saw Army Taekwondo in both competition and training action.
Well done to our fighters who took ITF Gold at the LTSI Open Championships and to the team who took WT Silvers at the NTC Open and the UTF London International.
Big thanks to all who attended and progressed on the five-day WT Development Training Course.
