The Northern contingent of the ITF Taekwondo team participated at the Grand Master Sutherland Scottish Championships on Sunday 20 February. This was the last warm-up competition before the anticipated Army Martial Arts Association Championships which is due to be held in Aldershot this Saturday, the 26 Feb.
The event was another successful competition with more medals being won!
LCpl Marc Woods, REME took home the Gold in Light Weight Sparring and Silver in patterns.
Capt Stuart Wordingham, RAMC took home the Bronze in Middle Weight Sparring.
